How long do I have warranty on this product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, our customer service team is here to help.
Wheels made of EVA-material. What does that mean?
Ethylene- vinyl acetate (EVA) is a durable compressed foam which gives a rubbery effect. So no hard plastic wheels, but a soft comfortable experience. Another added benefit: EFA tyres cannot go flat either. Handy isn’t it?
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts in stock for all products. Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost a screw? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Onze Franse Bull Beau, zit, ligt en slaapt er heerlijk in. Hij is erg comfortabel. Ook de opbergruimte onderin is fijn! Hij is stevig en fijn om mee te rijden. Kortom, voor ons een super aankoop!

Dit is al mijn 3de Innopetbuggy. Makkelijk rijklaar te maken. Super banden en roteerbaar voor zowel in de bossen als in de stad.

Wij waren eerst in de fysieke winkel wezen kijken. Hier vond onze Gijs het nog spannend.
Toch besloten online te bestellen. Wanneer we deze (heel gemakkelijk) in elkaar gingen zetten, begon Gijs ongeduldig te blaffen. Hij wilde er heel snel in, niet meer eruit te krijgen. Hij zit erin als een koning! Buiten vindt hij het geweldig erin te zitten. Rijdt comfortabel, niet schokkerig. Opbergbakje is ideaal voor brokjes, flesje water. Heel makkelijk in elkaar te klappen en oo te bergen. Geweldige aankoop, aanrader!
