Does the bike trailer fit my e-bike?
InnoPet does not recommend using a bike trailer in combination with a power-assisted vehicle such as an electric bicycle.

How long is the warranty on my InnoPet product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, we have made you video manuals.
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

We were a little apprehensive buying this quite expensive dog stroller without being able to see it first, but couldn't find anything available within a 200 mile radius. However, we decided to take the risk - and it was well worth it!
The dog stroller arrived very quickly and was dead easy to assemble. We took Myrtle The Dog out in it on a rough country footpath in very muddy weather and it handled beautifully. It's also easy to fold up to put in the back of the car. We haven't tried the bicycle attachment yet. Mrs Dog is happy, so are we!
I gave a 4* rating because (a) the packaging was quite damaged and (b) this particular buggy is advertised as being suitable for a dog up to the weight of 30kg. At 16kg our elderly, arthritic Staffy is well below that. This isn't a aren't "long" breed by any means, but the internal length of the buggy only just accommodates her, so doesn't give her much wriggle room.

We are expecting a little bundle of joy and teeth to be joining us shortly. Between the 8 and 16 week age we want to socialise our puppy the best we can while keeping her safe, so she will be coming out in her 'chariot' because she is royalty already. Then when she can finally walk on the ground, it will be placed on my bike and Princess Willow will be taken to the beach, on woodland bike rides up in Northumberland, bike trips to the Lake District. She's going to have a blast.
We set up the pram last night and it is just adorable and there's plenty of room for a Cockerpoo, and all her toys for now. We're going to put a VetBed mat down for extra coverage incase she sees. It fits lovely to a bike also, this is exactly what Ive been looking for. I am so happy I found this product. The flat-mild curved front means nothing is sticking out for use in shops and public, the large wheels mean my new family member can ride in comfort. I wish I had a picture if her in it, but she's not ready to come live with me yet. We are all so excited to take her out when she arrives and settles in.

Nadat de Sporty Dog Trailer na intensief gebruik mankementen vertoonde, heb ik gekozen voor de nieuwe variant vanwege voordelen ten opzichte van de dogtrailer.. Styling, de banden en minder uitsteeksels bij verwijdering van de banden.
De service van Innopet was trouwens ook top.
