How long do I have warranty on this product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, our customer service team is here to help.
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts in stock for all products. Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost a screw? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Kočárek Monaco manžel během 10 minut bez problémů sestavil. Překvapil mě svou stabilitou, pevností a lehkým ovládání. Klipem na boudě a pevností síťky jsem mile překvapená. Spodní zcela vysouvací košík je parádní a velký. Krásný kočárek.

Heel fijn in gebruik! Zwenkwiel is fijn, bekerhouder en extra vakje voor evt je telefoon fijn. En ook de mand onderin is toppie! Mijn hondjes willen er heel graag in!

Just about big enough for my Aussie Shepherd who's big for the breed but make sure you measure carefully as I thought it may be a little bigger than it is. Very sturdy. Had to put a non slip mat in as we live on a hill and the dog was sliding a little!
