How long is the warranty on my InnoPet product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, we have made you video manuals.
Wheels made of EVA-material. What does that mean?
Ethylene- vinyl acetate (EVA) is a durable compressed foam which gives a rubbery effect. So no hard plastic wheels, but a soft comfortable experience. Another added benefit: EFA tyres cannot go flat either. Handy isn’t it?
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

I bought the InnoPet Comfort ECO EFA stroller for my twelve year old dog who suffers from severe arthritis and a high grade heart murmur and is therefore unable to walk far without falling down. He has consequently been stuck at home for months. However, the stroller has given him a brand new lease of life and he is absolutely overjoyed to be taken out in it to his favourite countryside spots. The stroller is very easy to assemble and manages rough terrain exceptionally well. The rear wheels are easy to remove and to click back on, so folding the stroller down and loading it into the car is very straightforward. I personally haven’t been able to remove the front wheel, but found it wasn’t necessary anyway. I recently encountered someone with the exact same model of stroller who had owned hers for three years and remained delighted with it. Thank you, InnoPet, for such a high quality product which has completely transformed my beloved dog’s life and enabled us to enjoy getting out and visiting the countryside together again!

Mijne roef is een franse bulldog en heeft behoefte om vaak te rusten,maar de baasjes wandelen graag en gaan graag op ontdekking.mijn baasjes willen me overal mee naartoe hebben en daarom hebben ze deze comfy buggy aangekocht. Ik kijk uit naar de avonturen.
