How long do I have warranty on this product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, our customer service team is here to help.
Wheels made of EVA-material. What does that mean?
Ethylene- vinyl acetate (EVA) is a durable compressed foam which gives a rubbery effect. So no hard plastic wheels, but a soft comfortable experience. Another added benefit: EFA tyres cannot go flat either. Handy isn’t it?
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts in stock for all products. Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost a screw? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

After lots of research,I decided this was the one for us, I needed a good off road pushchair due to where we live and walk , and the ride for my dog was of big importance due to him only weighing 1.8kg and recovering from a spine injury so didn’t want him bouncing all over the place. Well to say I’m over the moon is an understatement, it’s fantastic to push with a nice high handle, light and easy to manoeuvre and my little boy love his ride and is very happy sat in it. Super helpful customer service,and amazing next day delivery. Five stars all the way from us .

We've purchased a few pet strollers over the last few years and this has been the best so far.
Easy to manoeuvre, easily folded away, seems robust.
The reason for only giving 4 stars isn't really innopets fault to be honest...I think amazon is selling the wrong product and not listing correctly on its site...
I ordered an innopet comfort efa stroller with the solid cup holder but was sent the eco model which comes with a little bag thing which is irritating as I purchased this model because of the holder
