I was slightly nervous buying such an expensive product off the internet unseen from a non uk company, however the customer service was excellent. The item was despatched and delivered within 36hrs and arrived in perfect condition. When I opened the box I was really impressed by the quality of the item and how easy it was to assemble. The buggy is really stable and easy to manoeuvre even with my 23KG spaniel on board. The cabin space is spacious and there is plenty of room for my spaniel to lie down comfortably. My boy is riddled with arthritis as well as having spinal degeneration and in the last four weeks he has sadly become paralysed. This buggy has meant that we have been able to get him back out to all his favourite places, from beaches to forest trails and it has coped well on most surfaces, it has really improved his quality of life. We have only had it for just over a week, and we’ve used the rain hood which fitted perfectly and kept him really warm and toasty on a very wet and windy day, I have also had to take it apart to wash the panels after my dog had an accident, but it all fitted back together again really easily. Taking the wheels on and off for transportation in the car is super easy as well. The only negative I have about this product is that the internal clips to restrain the dog are too small for a larger collar. Also I found that my dog was struggling a little with the vibrations when used on a slightly abrasive path surface, despite loads of padding, so I will be purchasing the additional orthopaedic pad. Overall I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase and would definitely recommend, yes there are cheaper alternatives on the market but they aren’t as well made, don’t have the guarantees or offer replacement parts, and most appear to be on the small side and have low weight limits.

Der Anhänger macht für mich einen super guten Eindruck. Was ich etwas vermisse, ist eine gemütliche Matratze innen drin. Ich muss jetzt sehen, ob ich noch etwas in der Größe dazu kaufen kann. Wäre schön gewesen, wenn der Wagen entsprechend ausgestattet wäre.

We were a little apprehensive buying this quite expensive dog stroller without being able to see it first, but couldn't find anything available within a 200 mile radius. However, we decided to take the risk - and it was well worth it! The dog stroller arrived very quickly and was dead easy to assemble. We took Myrtle The Dog out in it on a rough country footpath in very muddy weather and it handled beautifully. It's also easy to fold up to put in the back of the car. We haven't tried the bicycle attachment yet. Mrs Dog is happy, so are we! I gave a 4* rating because (a) the packaging was quite damaged and (b) this particular buggy is advertised as being suitable for a dog up to the weight of 30kg. At 16kg our elderly, arthritic Staffy is well below that. This isn't a aren't "long" breed by any means, but the internal length of the buggy only just accommodates her, so doesn't give her much wriggle room.
