Does the bike trailer fit my e-bike?
InnoPet does not recommend using a bike trailer in combination with a power-assisted vehicle such as an electric bicycle.

How long is the warranty on my InnoPet product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, we have made you video manuals.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Received the Innopet Sporty EVR yesterday. When the box arrived I immediately had buyers remorse, as I thought it was going to be far too big and heavy for our needs, plus I thought what the heck am I gonna look like pushing this thing. Once set up, I took all 3 Jack Russell's out on a longish afternoon walk. The nearly 11 year old was quite reactive to the wheel's (she gets the 'rage virus' at the best of time's). The other two who are 14 and have health problems, had a rest every so often in it. Buyers remorse has gone outta the window, and I can now enjoy longer walks. When quick release wheels are moved and the unit is folded down for transport, it is approximately 27cm in height.

Omdat de vorige Innopet buggy, na jaren zeer intensief gebruik, zijn beste tijd heeft gehad, was het tijd voor een nieuwe. Omdat de vorige uitstekend is bevallen, was de keus snel gemaakt en hebben we voor dezelfde buggy gekozen, maar dan de opvolger met rubberen anti-lek banden. We gebruiken hem vnl als fietsbuggy, maar om hem als ‘wandelwagen’ te gebruiken is hij ook ideaal. Deze buggy is echt een aanrader. Hij ligt zeer solide achter de fiets en stuurt licht en makkelijk bij gebruik als wandelwagen. Zelfs op hobbelige bospaden.
