How can I become a dealer?
Awesome that you want to become a dealer of our products! You can apply here. One of our colleagues will contact you within two working days to discuss your application.
Wheels made of EVA-material. What does that mean?
Ethylene- vinyl acetate (EVA) is a durable compressed foam which gives a rubbery effect. So no hard plastic wheels, but a soft comfortable experience. Another added benefit: EFA tyres cannot go flat either. Handy isn’t it?
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts in stock for all products. Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost a screw? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, our customer service team is here to help.
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
How long do I have warranty on this product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
