How long do I have warranty on this product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, our customer service team is here to help.
Can the InnoPet Sporty Dog Trailer Deluxe also be used behind an e-bike?
The Sporty Dog Trailer Deluxe comes with a 10mm diameter coupler and attaches to the rear axle of the bicycle. If the motor drive of the e-bike is on the rear wheel of the bike, then in most cases it is not possible to connect the Sporty Dog Trailer Deluxe to the e-bike. We do want to explicitly mention that the maximum speed on straight roads is 16/km/h, turns should be taken extremely slowly (at walking pace).
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts in stock for all products. Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost a screw? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

I forked out for this, so I could take my frenchie with back problems on holiday to Cornwall. It's brilliant.. Effortlessly trundles over every terrain I took it.. Including the sandy beaches, gravel, bumpy grass cobblestones and woodland walks.. It's pretty heavy to lift but super easy and quick to assemble and disassemble.. And most of all my dog loves it.. It's like her mobile bed 😍😍😍Well worth the investment 😍😍🐶

My King Charles spaniel loves being on walks with us in and around Derbyshire. Due to her age and mobility we decided to buy a dog pushchair so she could still enjoy being out with us. After looking and researching loads we decided on the innopet sport trailer this was a little more expensive than we 1st wanted to pay. However we are thrilled by it. Very sturdy and easy to handle.
