The Hercules 2.0 is one of the most beautiful and most functional dog trailers available on the market. Does the bike trailer fit my e-bike?
InnoPet does not recommend using a bike trailer in combination with a power-assisted vehicle such as an electric bicycle.

Can the InnoPet Hercules 2.0 be used with a normal bicycle?
Yes, you certainly can. You do need a connecting rod for this. The standard version (IPS-060/B) comes without a bicycle rod. You can also buy the Hercules 2.0 incl. bike kit. Its article number is the IPS-060/B Set. Not sure yet whether you will use the trailer as a bike trailer? No problem, you can always buy a separate bicycle pole later (IPS-060/BCR).
How long is the warranty on my InnoPet product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, we have made you video manuals.
Can the InnoPet Hercules 2.0 also be used behind an e-bike?
The Hercules 2.0 can be expanded with a bicycle rod. This bicycle rod comes with a 10 mm diameter coupling piece and is attached to the rear axle of the bicycle. If the motor of the e-bike is at the rear of the bike, it is in most cases not possible to connect the Hercules 2.0 to the e-bike. We do want to explicitly mention that the maximum speed on straight stretches is 16/km/h, turns should be taken extremely slowly (at walking pace).
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Na twee eerdere hondenkarren nu de Innopet Hercules 2.0 gekocht. Deze is echt heel degelijk en stabiel; onze hond ging er meteen in liggen toen ik ermee ging fietsen, terwijl hij bij de vorige kar steeds bleef zitten/staan. Gebruiksgemak is groot. Het enige dat ik mis, is een plek om een vlaggetje in/aan te bevestigen.

Een zeer ruime en stevige hondenkar .Licht van gewicht ideaal voor de fietsen .Mooi design.Buggy rijd soepel en is gemakkelijk op te bergen als ze opgeplooid is .Gemakkelijk systeem.Besteld en de volgende dag geleverd .Onze Franse Bulldog vinden het super leuk om overal mee te kunnen .Gewoon fantastisch 👍🏻
