Does the bike trailer fit my e-bike?
InnoPet does not recommend using a bike trailer in combination with a power-assisted vehicle such as an electric bicycle.

How long is the warranty on my InnoPet product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Can the InnoPet Sporty Dog Trailer Deluxe also be used behind an e-bike?
The Sporty Dog Trailer Deluxe comes with a 10mm diameter coupler and attaches to the rear axle of the bicycle. If the motor drive of the e-bike is on the rear wheel of the bike, then in most cases it is not possible to connect the Sporty Dog Trailer Deluxe to the e-bike. We do want to explicitly mention that the maximum speed on straight roads is 16/km/h, turns should be taken extremely slowly (at walking pace).
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, we have made you video manuals.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Onze Ivy is nu 2 1/2 jaar . Tijden haar puppy tijd een pootje gebroken, met gevolg na enkele maanden een amputatie. Aangezien we nog een hond van 4 hebben wandelen iedere dag minimaal 2 keer een uur of meer. Dat is voor Ivy niet meer vol te houden, en hadden we de Premium cozy Beige aangeschaft. We vonden dit een zeer mooie wagen, maar met onze langen benen schoppen we tegen de achterkant van de buggy. Nu hebben we de Sporty dog trailer gekocht, dat was eigenlijk al onze eerste keus. We kunnen nu wandelen zonder dat we tegen de wagen schoppen. Er is genoeg ruimte om ballen e.d. mee te nemen, waar ze in het bos mee kunnen spelen. Hij loopt echt heel fijn, ook op bospaden is hij gemakkelijk te sturen. Dat was voor ons ook wel een belangrijk puntje. Jaaaaa, we zijn heel blij met deze wagen.

I’m really happy with the innopet buggy. It’s exactly as described on the website. It is very sturdy and whilst I haven’t used it on rough terrain yet it appears to be sturdy enough to cope. The quality is excellent. I wish I had purchased the bed/padding to make it more comfortable inside. It is just like a Childs pushchair in that it needs this for additional comfort.
