How long is the warranty on my InnoPet product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, we have made you video manuals.
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Ik heb inmiddels div. Innopet buggy’s die enorm goed bevallen. Ik was nu op zoek naar een kleintje die ik achterop de fiets mee kan nemen. Zo kan ik naar het centrum fietsen en mijn hondje daar in de buggy doen. Na telefonisch advies met Inno deze buggy besteld en helemaal naar tevredenheid dit is precies wat ik nodig had voor mijn oude hondje. Top geholpen en meer vrijheid voor ons .

Ik ben kleiner gaan verhuizen en haf de Innopet Comfort Air..waanzinnige wagen maar best wel groot uitgestald dus nu voor de City..zeer compact karretje maar doet waar hij voor gemaakt is..zeer klein op te vouwen dus weinig plek nodig...even wennen met stoep op en jammer van de haakjes waar de riem aan wordt vast gemaakt..heb niet zoveel kracht in mijn vingers dus even worstelen om hem genoeg in te drukken zodat ik mijn hondje kan zekeren..deze geniet vooral van het weer heerlijk rondkijken en voor mij weer wat langere wandelingen..draaicirkel is perfect zoals ik gewend bent van de Innopet en de duwstang hoogte voor mij perfect..(ik ben 164)..maar 1 cm lager dan mijn andere Innopet..verwachte wat meer "bibberen" op de weg omdat er geen luchtbanden onder zitten maar nee hoor..rijd rustig en even over de straat..Blij dat Innopet kwam met deze compacte wagen zodat ik er weer op uit kan..Dus voor mij 99,5 procent goedgekeurd 😉
