How long is the warranty on my InnoPet product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, we have made you video manuals.
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Wij hadden al een Innopet hondenbuggy,en daar waren wij ook tevreden over alleen was hij qua duwen wat laag voor ons.
Dus toen wij toch bij de dierenwinkel waren besloten wij eens opnieuw naar de modellen te kijken en vonden wij deze werkelijk heerlijke buggy.
Hij duwt fantastisch,fijne hoogte voor langere mensen.
Rijdt ontzettend soepel!
Is echt klein op te vouwen en het inklappen kan zonder het zweet op je voorhoofd en gaat dus echt supermakkelijk!
Wij zijn blij de hond is er ook blij mee,en die kan dus weer comfortabel mee op vakantie.

Na een paar jaar de Innopet Monaco naar volle tevredenheid, hebben we nu gekozen voor de Innopet City hondenbuggy.
Deze is super compact, licht en rijd geweldig. Onze twee hondjes kunnen weer volop mee in alle comfort.
Voor een hondenbuggy moet je bij Innopet zijn, met een goede prijs/kwaliteit! Wij zijn zéér tevreden en kunnen Innopet sterk aanbevelen!

Liberty
Onze Franse Bull reist met ons mee op de motor.. Omdat we dan vaak ook een stad bezoeken is het fijn dat hij een plek heeft waar hij veilig kan zitten tussen de drukte. We hebben gekozen voor de InnoPet Buggy City omdat deze klein opvouwbaar is en licht van gewicht. De buggy moet immers als bagage mee op de motor!! Wij en Jake de Bull zijn er erg blij mee! Jake is zoals gezegd een Franse Bulldog en weegt 10 kg. Hij heeft voldoende ruimte in de buggy om te kunnen liggen en zitten. 5 sterren voor ons!
