How long do I have warranty on this product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, our customer service team is here to help.
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts in stock for all products. Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost a screw? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Heel goede hondenbuggy. Je kan hem open en dicht doen. Is heel klein als hem dicht is. En gemakkelijk op de bergen in de auto. Met de gratis regenhoes is het supper. Als regent wordt hij niet nat. Een echte aanrader voor honden die niet meer dan 11 kilo wegen

However many questions and calls I needed to make before I was able to decide on the right stroller for my three miniature dachshunds Andrea from Innopet was always helpful and very knowledgeable on InnoPet products - it took me so long to decide before her advice and she told me the best one to suit my particular needs, and I have to say my three fur babies all love the City Stroller even though it was primarily bought for only one of them. They must be the most photographed dogs in London!
It is so easy to push, so easy to fold and best of all it folds small enough to fit into the smallest car boot. I am very happy.
