Note: Do you have an electric bike? Then this connector may not fit, please contact our customer service to make sure it fits your bike!

Can the InnoPet Hercules 2.0 be used with a normal bicycle?
Yes, you certainly can. You do need a connecting rod for this. The standard version (IPS-060/B) comes without a bicycle rod. You can also buy the Hercules 2.0 incl. bike kit. Its article number is the IPS-060/B Set. Not sure yet whether you will use the trailer as a bike trailer? No problem, you can always buy a separate bicycle pole later (IPS-060/BCR).
Can the InnoPet Hercules 2.0 also be used behind an e-bike?
The Hercules 2.0 can be expanded with a bicycle rod. This bicycle rod comes with a 10 mm diameter coupling piece and is attached to the rear axle of the bicycle. If the motor of the e-bike is at the rear of the bike, it is in most cases not possible to connect the Hercules 2.0 to the e-bike. We do want to explicitly mention that the maximum speed on straight stretches is 16/km/h, turns should be taken extremely slowly (at walking pace).
Can the InnoPet Sporty Dog Trailer Deluxe also be used behind an e-bike?
The Sporty Dog Trailer Deluxe comes with a 10mm diameter coupler and attaches to the rear axle of the bicycle. If the motor drive of the e-bike is on the rear wheel of the bike, then in most cases it is not possible to connect the Sporty Dog Trailer Deluxe to the e-bike. We do want to explicitly mention that the maximum speed on straight roads is 16/km/h, turns should be taken extremely slowly (at walking pace).
