Slime sealant is a fluid that can dry out after a while. For maximum puncture protection and optimal performance, it is recommended to replace Slime after 2 years. For most tyres and inner tubes, this is also the period for replacement due to wear and tear.
The Slime Tube Sealant may not have sealed the tyre properly on the first try. We recommend checking the tyre for objects, removing them if found, re-inflating the tyre and rotating it immediately. This allows the sealant to flow around the inner tube and find and repair the puncture. Slime’s inner tube sealant is not guaranteed to seal holes in the inner tube made by glass or metal or holes in the sidewall . Check your valve to make sure there is no air loss there.
