Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, we have made you video manuals.
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

So pleased with our choice of an Innopet Comfort Air pram/buggy, with vet bed liner and rain cover. It’s a very smooth & comfy ride for our 14 year old arthritic dog, so easy to push over all terrains, great handle height, super turning circle and ease when pushing one handed. Good carry bag underneath pram and a super front pocket for her Equafleece. Great over the handle bag for water bottles, biscuits, poo bags, wipes, etc. Easy to collapse and fit in the car. Highly recommend Abi and K9 Wagons Ltd for great advice on Innopet choice, service and delivery.🤩🐾

I've only had the buggy for a couple of days. My young dog has a rare condition with weakness in his back legs so he can't walk very far. This has been a game changer! I thought my other dog would be nervous of the buggy, but he just walked alongside it straight away. I put treats in the buggy before placing my young dog in there - he took to it straight away and 24 hours later, we all went for a walk. I couldn't do that before - the healthy dog would be walked separately and would get frustrated if he had to walk slowly with the other and walks would be really short....it's just changed everything. It's easy to set up, it's sturdy and it wheels really well - it's easy to control. Thank you - walks are so much less stressful now!

Van een rondje door de buurt, weer heerlijk lange wandelingen maken. Goed voor mij en heerlijk voor mijn oude hond. Deze hondenwagen is echt super! Wendbaar, loopt heerlijk. Ik moest wel even wennen aan het idee van een hondenwagen. Maar wat wij ervoor terug krijgen. Weer fijn door de natuur. Ben er heel blij mee en mijn hond ook.
