How long do I have warranty on this product?

Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, our customer service team is here to help.
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts in stock for all products. Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost a screw? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Het is een hele fijne en sterke hondenbuggy!
Snel en makkelijk in te klappen en een handige uitneembare boodschappenmand onderop. Goede wielen die op diverse wegen makkelijk rijdt, kortom wij zijn er super blij mee. En ons hondje mila helemaal want nou kan ze ook mee op de langere wandelingen.

We zijn heel blij met onze buggy, hij rijdt soepel, erg goede kwaliteit en fijn dat de kap met gaas omhoog gaat. Ook voldoende opbergruimte met mand onderin. Zeker een aanrader!!
