How long is the warranty on my InnoPet product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, we have made you video manuals.
Wheels made of EVA-material. What does that mean?
Ethylene- vinyl acetate (EVA) is a durable compressed foam which gives a rubbery effect. So no hard plastic wheels, but a soft comfortable experience. Another added benefit: EFA tyres cannot go flat either. Handy isn’t it?
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Meerdere honden buggies vergeleken maar deze kwam voor ons qua prijs/kwaliteit verhouding als beste naar voren. Zeer solide uitstraling ook de ruimte voor de hond (mini labradoodle) is zeer royaal. De gebruiksvriendelijkheid vwb het inklappen is ook zeer gemakkelijk Kortom een zeer goede aanschaf.

The stroller is well built and sturdy in construction.
The rear wheels are very easy to remove with one press of the locking catch.
As well as being able to remove the front wheel, for those like myself who store the stroller on long journeys in a top box, the front section is detachable by pressing in two locking pins.
This reduces the lay down height which is critical in order to fit into a top box.
The see thru mesh at the front is great, as when Toby, my westie, lies down he can still see anything in front of us.
There is also a see thru mesh panel at the rear, so I can keep a eye on Toby.
It is very light to push and moves great over rough terrain and tracks.
There are two cup holders and a enclosed compartment by the handle which is bigger enough to hold your keys and phone which is great.
There is a Spacious storage basket at the bottom of the stroller and with the wheels being EFA, you will never have a puncture.
Overall I am extremely happy with this stroller as it meets all our requirements and needs for Toby and would highly recommend the InnoPet Adventure Stroller.
