How long is the warranty on my InnoPet product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, we have made you video manuals.
Wheels made of EVA-material. What does that mean?
Ethylene- vinyl acetate (EVA) is a durable compressed foam which gives a rubbery effect. So no hard plastic wheels, but a soft comfortable experience. Another added benefit: EFA tyres cannot go flat either. Handy isn’t it?
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Zorgeloos wandelen met dit wagentje voor onze trouwe ouwe viervoeter. Zeer wendbaar, lichtgewicht en toch ook goed schokbestendig. Alle kijkgaten voorzien van gaas maken dat onze hond ons en de omgeving goed kan bekijken.

Ik moet zeggen dat ze mijn verwachtingen waarmaken
Buggy is zeer makkelijk te manoevreren, is makkelijk inklapbaar en belangrijkste: mijn hondje vind het zelf leuk om er in te zitten

Na ergernissen met andere buggy’s van andere merken heb ik deze op aanraden van mijn vriendin gekocht en ik ben er heel erg blij mee!
Licht en compact, rijd super en soepel en klapt heel gemakkelijk open en in. (Makkelijker kan niet) Mijn hondje van circa 4 kilo heeft er alle ruimte in en ik gebruik de buggy met veel regelmaat.
Kortom een hele goede koop!
