How long is the warranty on my InnoPet product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, we have made you video manuals.
Wheels made of EVA-material. What does that mean?
Ethylene- vinyl acetate (EVA) is a durable compressed foam which gives a rubbery effect. So no hard plastic wheels, but a soft comfortable experience. Another added benefit: EFA tyres cannot go flat either. Handy isn’t it?
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Bij het zoeken naar een passende hondenbuggy zag ik door de bomen het bos niet meer. Vervolgens alle punten opgeschreven die van belang zijn. Kwam ik op de Innopet Adventure uit. Die voldoet aan al mijn wensen. Besteld bij een dierenbenodigdhedenshop. Super snel in huis. Uitgepakt, zeer makkelijke montage. De kleuren en vorm zijn echt veel mooier dan op de foto. Daar oogt het wat goedkoop gelig en heeft een rare hoek van fotografie. In het echt is het een mooie warme kleur, beetje goudachtig. Ziet er zelfs chique uit. Nu het belangrijkste. Veel terreinen al geprobeerd, zonder problemen, asfalt, stoep, gras, grint, zeer ongelijk, rijdt rustig en fijn door de grote wielen, rustig aan de polsen. Goede rem, snel in te klappen met inderdaad 1 hand. Wielen eraf en voor vervoer daardoor stuk kleiner. En het allerbelangrijkste ons hondje vindt het geweldig, vanaf het eerste moment. Ze blijft heerlijk rustig zitten en geeft netjes aan als ze eruit wil. Ook nog eens handig dat je wat boodschappen mee kunt nemen onderin en eventueel ook nog in bak van de hond. Wij hebben maar een mini hondje. Kortom mijn zoektocht duurde even, maar zeer goed geslaagd met deze keuze. Hopelijk hebben jullie iets aan mijn review.
