How long do I have warranty on this product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, our customer service team is here to help.
Wheels made of EVA-material. What does that mean?
Ethylene- vinyl acetate (EVA) is a durable compressed foam which gives a rubbery effect. So no hard plastic wheels, but a soft comfortable experience. Another added benefit: EFA tyres cannot go flat either. Handy isn’t it?
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts in stock for all products. Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost a screw? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Na het lezen van vele reviews en het bekijken van veel modellen de InnoPet Comfort EFA ECO aangeschaft.
Het is een heerlijk stabiel sturend en licht lopend wagentje, we gebruiken het voor onze chihuahua’s tijdens lange wandelingen en op drukke plekken , maar ook voor het boodschappen doen is het door z’n ruime bagage vak en hoge draagvermogen een perfect transport middel !
Opgevouwen neemt het niet veel ruimte in beslag en kan het gemakkelijk vervoerd worden.
Wij zijn er heel tevreden over en maken er dagelijks gebruik van.

De buggy was heel eenvoudig in mekaar te zetten en ziet er erg stevig uit. Na een eerste wandeling vroeg ik mezelf af waarom ik die stap niet eerder gezet heb. Heel comortabel om te wandelen, de wielen rollen geruisloos en ze gaan nooit lek. Het was verrassend om te zien hoe graag mijn senior erin zit. Een pluspunt zou misschien nog zijn als er vering op de wielen zou zitten om eventuele schokken op te vangen. Maar voorlopig merk ik nog geen nadeel. Voor ons gaat er weer een nieuwe wereld open.
