Can I take the wheels off of the InnoPet Avenue dog stroller?
Yes, it is possible to remove the wheels of this stroller. However, it is not recommended to remove the front wheel often. Removing the wheel frequently can weaken the connection system, which may damage it or even break off.
Wheels made of EVA-material. What does that mean?
Ethylene- vinyl acetate (EVA) is a durable compressed foam which gives a rubbery effect. So no hard plastic wheels, but a soft comfortable experience. Another added benefit: EFA tyres cannot go flat either. Handy isn’t it?
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
How long is the warranty on my InnoPet product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Ik vind het een fijne buggy, makkelijk mee te nemen en mijn mopshond vindt het ook fijn.
Mijn dochter is zelfs met haar 2 katten gaan wandelen, zo konden ze mooi aan de buurt wennen.
Alleen wel jammer dat hij niet in hoogte verstelbaar is. Ik ben 1.75 en vind hem net iets te laag. Verder echt top.

Buggy was heel gemakkelijk in mekaar te zetten, behalve de drankenhouder. De vijzen waren te kort waardoor deze niet vastgezet kon worden. We hebben dan eigen vijzen gebruikt die iets langer waren en dit is ook gelukt. Stevige, degelijke buggy!!! Aanrader!!!

Mijn hond voelt zich erg comfortabel in de wagen. In huis ligt hij er zelfs in. Ideaal om je hond veilig in te vervoeren en te laten genieten van de omgeving. Niet alleen voor oudere honden die minder lang kunnnen lopen, maar ook veilig in een druk stadscentrum !
