How long do I have warranty on this product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, our customer service team is here to help.
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts in stock for all products. Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost a screw? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Al in de winkel wilde onze Westie in de buggy. Tijdens lange wandelingen geeft hij mooi aan wanneer hij erin of eruit wil. Het is ook fijn als je spullen mee wilt nemen, want onderin de buggy is daar ruimte genoeg voor. De grote wielen maken rijden comfortabel, maar voor meer comfort op minder vlakke wegen kun je waarschijnlijk beter voor de duurdere versie kiezen.

Zowel Roos (de ragdoll kat) als mijn dag zien er vanaf de komst van Innopet All Terrain een stuk Rooskleuriger uit. Boven alle verwachtingen is Roos vanaf dag 1 verliefd op haar 'buggie' en springt er dagelijks in om lekker de buitenlucht op te gaan. Met mijn drukke werkdag is het ook geen straf om er samen elke dag op uit te gaan. Echt super blij mee! En alle katten bezitters met een binnenkat die denken dat alleen honden dit leuk vinden...nee absoluut niet mijn kat is er dol op.. Dus echt een aanrader!
