How long do I have warranty on this product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, our customer service team is here to help.
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts in stock for all products. Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost a screw? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Vandaag werd de Innopet Monaco keurig en stevig ingepakt geleverd!
Alle onderdelen fijn in de grote plastic verpakking om de buggy.
Het in elkaar zetten is zo klaar, alles klik prachtig in elkaar! Er staat zelfs een filmpje paraat , over hoe je hem opbouwt!
Er ligt een heerlijk zacht matrasje in de Monaco, reversibel voor natte pootjes!
Met 2 riempjes voor je beestje vast te leggen.
Het frame is mooi wit, de bak met vaste kap is chic bewerkt. Fijne wielen , die stil en comfortabel lopen. De duwstang is op een prettige hoogte. Kijkvensters voor en achter, een gemakkelijk in en uitschuifbare mand, bekerhouders en een geheim vakje bij de duwstang. Super ook het regenscherm dat er bij zit!
Onze lieve Mac waar de Monaco voor is , ging er meteen heerlijk in liggen.
De buggy is met een hand in te klappen, heel handig, het uitklappen ook! Staat ook zo op de rem ! Wij zijn er zeer tevreden over, en onze Mac ook!

We have an old 30kl dog and we needed a stroller so he can hace a walk without feeling tired. The InnoPet Mammut was a perfect fit for him, easy to install, fold/unfold and Easy the only one that we found that could be opened on the front so he can are the view while we are walking as he can't be too long seated. Also, the wheels are robust but at the same time not so heavy
