Can I take the wheels off of the InnoPet Allure dog stroller?
Yes, it is possible to remove the wheels of this stroller. However, it is not recommended to remove the front wheel often. Removing the wheel frequently can weaken the connection system, which may damage it or even break off.
How long is the warranty on my InnoPet product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, we have made you video manuals.
Wheels made of EVA-material. What does that mean?
Ethylene- vinyl acetate (EVA) is a durable compressed foam which gives a rubbery effect. So no hard plastic wheels, but a soft comfortable experience. Another added benefit: EFA tyres cannot go flat either. Handy isn’t it?
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

We zijn ontzettend blij met onze aankoop van de Innopet Buggy Allure! De kwaliteit is echt top, stevig, stabiel en afgewerkt met oog voor detail. Alles voelt zeer duurzaam aan, en de buggy rijdt heel soepel, zelfs over wat ruwere ondergronden.
Onze twee senior Pomeriaantjes passen er perfect in en vinden het heerlijk om mee op pad te gaan zonder zich te vermoeien. Ze kunnen lekker rondkijken, rusten, en genieten van de buitenlucht, terwijl wij moeiteloos wandelen. De buggy biedt genoeg ruimte voor twee kleine hondjes, en het gaas rondom zorgt voor goede ventilatie en zicht.
Wat ook fijn is: de buggy is makkelijk in- en uit te klappen en past prima in de kofferbak. Ook het mandje onderin is handig voor spulletjes zoals een flesje water, snacks of hondenspeeltjes.
Kortom: een absolute aanrader voor wie met oudere of minder mobiele hondjes op pad wil. Onze Poms zijn gelukkig, en wij ook!

Voor mijn hondje Cinna zocht ik een fijne trolley om haar mee te kunnen nemen op citytrips. Ze is namelijk erg angstig en overprikkeld als ze midden in een drukke stad tussen de mensen loopt en veel geluiden hoort.
Deze trolley is een uitkomst! Naast dat hij heerlijk rijdt (ook over keien en andere stenen) kan ik er ook m’n boodschappen en drinkfles in kwijt. En!……we matchen ook nog goed in panterprint.
