Can I take the wheels off of the InnoPet Allure dog stroller?
Yes, it is possible to remove the wheels of this stroller. However, it is not recommended to remove the front wheel often. Removing the wheel frequently can weaken the connection system, which may damage it or even break off.
Wheels made of EVA-material. What does that mean?
Ethylene- vinyl acetate (EVA) is a durable compressed foam which gives a rubbery effect. So no hard plastic wheels, but a soft comfortable experience. Another added benefit: EFA tyres cannot go flat either. Handy isn’t it?
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
How long do I have warranty on this product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, our customer service team is here to help.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts in stock for all products. Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost a screw? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Een buggy met allure! Onze Maltipoo is n vrij nerveus typetje. Maar sinds hij n paar keer mee is geweest in de buggy zit hij net n koning te genieten van alles en iedereen.
De buggy rijdt heerlijk rustig en licht. Tevens is het een zeer wendbare en gemakkelijk en compacte ingeklapte buggy.
Ons hondje en wij zijn er erg blij mee.

Blij met mijn innopet buggy. Ik kocht er in het verleden ook al eentje maaar nu was het tijd voor een nieuw exemplaar. Eentje waar mijn gutchike comfortbabel meekan. Kan liggen, maar ook genoeg uitkijk heeft. Eentje dat makkelijk op te plooien is voor in de auto en waar ik nog persoonlijke dingen achter kan laten. Alles in 1. Mijn 17 jarige gutchi kan nu overal weer mee naartoe. Hondje blij, baadje blij.
