Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, our customer service team is here to help.
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts in stock for all products. Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost a screw? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Wij hebben de inno pet nu 2 maand in gebruik. Zowel onze hondjes als wij zijn fan. De inno pet rijd zeer makkelijk, de hondjes liggen comfortabel en wij kunnen eindeloos wandelen. Klapt makkelijk in mekaar. Opbergruimte onderaan is ideaal voor een paar boodschappen. Extra tasje is ideaal voor de leibanden, koekjes en drinkbakje mee te nemen.

I‘m a very active person. I like to go running and do inline skating. I’ve always wanted a dog, so he could be my sports buddy. Raising my first puppy I realized, you can’t do so much with a dog if you want them to be safe and healthy for a long time. So I got into research to find a solution to bring my dog anywhere, anytime without overestimating my girls power. A dog stroller seems to be the perfect option. I purchased the stroller for my Dachshund recovery from IVDD surgery he had in December. This is the third stroller I have purchased in the 11 weeks since surgery, and neither of the other two are even comparable to the innocent comfort air. It offers my Dachshund the smoothest ride and has allowed him to go on some of his favourite bumpy, grassy walks, something we were not able to do in the other stroller. He also appears to be much more relaxed when in this stroller, presumably due to how smooth a ride it offers.
